However if i load LogiCapture and then select the virtual source in teams the local quality is improved to 720 and so is the remote. @exportakademiaDo you had a solution for this already? TERRIBLE!!! I am having this issue too. Windows might not be able to fix all apps, so some apps will still be blurry on high-resolution displays. 4K camera has in teams a very bad quality. It would be nice to see real people and not minecraft villagers :). When I looked into it my user, probably me in testing and got side tracked, was set to a lower bandwidth policy. When I pin one of the blurry colleagues his image becomes sharp. For Teams one of the adjustments involved 'reduced video resolution'. We have been pushing people to Teams for the collaboration, etc, but they are pushing back to use Zoom.
I am using a Logitech c922. I think Ive figured out that no matter if you have one or two people on teams uses a fixed low definition stream. The shared screen is so blurry. Call analytics and Vad for example! Choose from environments such as caf, resort, or lounge and see everyone in the same place with Together mode.
